All products are HAND-MADE. That being said, there can be no warranty given on how long they will last. Care instructions will be included with every item purchased. To insure longevity of item, please follow care instructions precisely!
Special Order items will take approximately 2 weeks to complete. Once product is completed, an email will be sent alerting you to completion along with photos of the item. Payment for item is expected within 15 days of email being sent. If payment is not received, the item will be considered forfeit and listed on the site.
